Key Responsibilities of the Audit Manager:
- Manage a diverse client portfolio, reporting directly to partners.
- Oversee the financial management of client accounts.
- Drive business development initiatives, identifying and researching opportunities for new and existing clients.
- Lead recruitment efforts for staff and senior-level positions.
- Mentor and develop the technical expertise of team members.
- Design and implement solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Supervise and deliver large-scale audit projects.
- Provide training, coaching, and oversight for staff and seniors.

Education and Experience Requirements for the Audit Manager:
- Degree: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 6-8 years in public accounting, including at least one year in an Audit Manager role preferred
- Certification: CPA license preferred but not required
